The COVID-19 outbreak is quite rightly causing all of us great concern. We as a society are facing a situation the likes of which, the world has not experienced before.
My number one priority is to protect the health and well-being of clients and the public at large while continuing to provide a high level of advice and support through these challenging times. To achieve this, I have instigated the following measures;
- For the foreseeable future, I will be primarily working away from the office. I can access emails and files on our network easily from remote locations. Our phone system enables me to receive calls from my office extension from anywhere or on my mobile phone.
- Mindful of the restrictions on social contact and the risk that this poses, all conferences are being held by telephone or Skype until further notice.
- I have also instigated a range of measures designed to reduce the risk of the impact of the infection, including implemented safeguards that meet Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines.
I am are monitoring this situation daily.
